• Set up and maintain a clean and orderly work station. • Comply with all health and safety regulations. • Prepare food in an orderly and timely manner, according to Chef's instructions. • Ensure all food meets the restaurant’s quality standards, and is presented in an attractive manner • Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control • Follow guest requests in regard to orders. • Communicate with the Front of the House regarding guest's meals • Communicate issues to the Head Chef or Sous Chef. • Prepare kitchen for opening and closing, as directed. • Other duties as assigned. • Fill in as needed during busy and understaffed times.
