Maquoketa - Upper Story Renovation Grant (New 2019)

This program is designed to assist owners to renovate space on the upper stories of commercial buildings in the downtown urban renewal district. The grant requires a dollar for dollar match for up to $7,500 of grant funding per
residential unit created or renovated.
