Workforce Housing Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity to help 4 persons/families in our area with a 25% down payment on a new home in Bellevue.

The homes located in Bellevue will have three bedrooms, an unfinished basement, and a two car garage. The homes have a sale price of $150,000, but qualified applicants will receive a $37,500 grant as a down payment to bring the mortgage down to $112,500 (see flyer below).

Applicants must have incomes less than 80% of the area median income. For Jackson County that is as follows:
