The Iowa Jobs Training Program is designed to foster the growth and competitiveness of Iowa's exisiting  business and industry, ensuring that Iowa's existing workforce has the skills and expertise to compete by funding customized training for current employees. Eastern Iowa Community College assists businesses with the development of training programs that are funded by forgivable loans. Frequent requests for training funds are in the areas of:

• Quality and Productivity
• LEAN Business Practices
• Industrial and Technical
• Computers
• Management and Supervision
• Environmental and Industrial Safety
• Sales and Marketing
