ECIA Business Growth, Inc. administers a Regional Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), utilizing federal funding through the Economic Development Administration (EDA) to promote the expansion of area businesses and to create jobs. The RLF targets manufacturing, high-tech, and service industries, and may be used towards fixed asset acquisition and business expansion.
