The Jackson County communities of Maquoketa, Bellevue, and Preston offer downtown revitalization grants for Façades, Consulting, Property Acquisition, Commercial Interior Renovation, Signage, and Upper Story Renovation. Properties must be within the community's Downtown District to be eligible for funding.
